Alainn Bailey received her Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and is board certified as a critical care, nutrition support specialist. Her intensive focus is in exploring the interactions between nutrition, metabolism and disease, in relation specifically to inflammation, diabetes and obesity. Alainn has always been interested in food, her first job was as a chef, but she then pursued a career in equity research after receiving a business degree from The University of Edinburgh in Scotland. After spending 12 years in the finance industry in London, Alainn relocated to NYC where she started a family. This shift of focus rekindled her interest in food as a principle factor in health, wellbeing and the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. She is currently working in intensive care nutrition, has a private consultancy practice and is pursuing her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition at Rutgers University.
jillian kubala, MS, RD
Jillian Kubala is a Registered Dietitian based in Westhampton, NY. Jillian holds a master's degree in nutrition from Stony Brook University School of Medicine as well as an undergraduate degree in nutrition science. She is certified in plant-based nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. Jillian uses a unique and personalized approach to help her clients achieve optimum wellness through nutritional and lifestyle changes.
